Say #HelloYellow for World Mental Health Day
This year on World Mental Health Day (10th October) staff and students said #HelloYellow and talked about ways to support mental health and wellbeing. Whether you talk to friends, listen to music, eat some nutritious (yellow) food, or treat yourself to some pampering, looking after yourself and those around you is really important and worth celebrating. Our banner of wellbeing ideas was full of suggestions on how to support others as well as looking out for your own wellbeing.
